Flexibility - Our plans can easily be flipped or mirrored to accommodate your lot. Also, the ability to detach (or eliminate) the garage will allow you to nestle the home perfectly on the lot to avoid unnecessarily cutting down trees, or to accommodate lots with slopes.

The Easy Button - The process of building a custom home can easily take up to a year (or longer) in the pre-construction phase. The pre-construction phase includes the architectural design, structural engineering, selections, budgeting, etc. Our Semi-Custom options can reduce the pre-construction phase down to a couple of weeks. This is the quickest way to get started on a new home that is still tailored to your tastes.
